Driver lives abroad

I had on the post NTK for my car being parked in private land.
The driver at the time was visiting uk and lives abroad.
Do i have to give them the name of the driver .
Am I legally required to do so?

You are not reqiured to give them the name, howveer as there is no possibilty of them ever being sued in the UK, it would have the efffect of stopping the keeper getting so many begging letters.0

No you don't have to, but yes you should as advised above.
Make sure the driver confirms this if/when they get a love letter from the PPC at their home address.
Once this is done, the keeper cannot be held liable, and the driver cannot be pursued in a UK court.
Not naming the driver means the keeper may be liable and may end in the small claims court.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.
