Incredimail

Hi
I have a bt email address but route it through Incredimail, however, every so often it dumps every email I have ever received, in triplicate in my inbox. (About 15,500 this time) It only used to happen about every 9/10 months or so, but the time lapse has got close together, and now it is doing it every other day.

Any advice on what I might do to stop this?

Thanks for your reply, I am a bit of a novice when it comes to IT stuff... uuummm!!!! how do I log into my webmail?

I have used incredimail for over 3 years now with very few problems and would certainly not cotemplate changing from it. I get no unwanted emails (probably due to f-secure) as in comparison to yahoo where every time I bother to look the junk box has 100s of unwanted emails.
