Lots of questions
Sorry for a long thread and thanks to anyone who reads it
1 Edf installed a smart meter into my property about 18 months ago.
2 i switched my electric supply to npower about a yesr ago - they were unable to get readings from the metrr as they couldn't link to it
3 we had a gas supply installed in early September, npower wouldnt install a meter and suggested we switch suppliers again
4 we were recommended utilita, who installed a PAYG gas meter and promised the same for electric as well.on 26th sept they discovered the meter is a 3 phase and needed trained staff to install . We have had 2 subsequent engineers who both couldn't do anything
5 i have had numerous calls and complaints with utilita and have now been informed that they cannot install the meter at all.they have suggested i switch from them.
6 npower have subsequently sent a final bill for a huge amount
I have a complaint in with the ombudsman regarding utiluta , but does anyone now if the 3 phase meter can be switched to a PAYG and by whom ? If has taken utilita from 25 sep to 19 nov to decide they cannot do it
