Symphony Kitchens - good or bad?

We are looking to replace our kitchen so have been looking around for the past few weeks. We've been to the usual suspects so Ikea, Wren, Howdens, BenchMark, etc...... We also looked at DIY Kitchens but unfortunately they don't do the style we are after, i.e. true handleless, shame as they have some fantastic reviews.

We saw a kitchen that we really liked in Buildbase which was supplied by Symphony. It was their Linea range and out of all the kitchens we have seen so far they felt the most substantial, particularly when we looked at some of the upgrades available, e.g. glass sided drawers.

However, when I have researched Symphony online I have seen some very mixed reviews, but I am struggling to tell whether what I am seeing is skewed. I know they supply a lot of mass market building companies and a lot can be down to the way something has been installed.

Does anyone have any first hand experience of Symphony kitchens? This is going to be large investment so want to make sure we get it right.

Symphony provide from the most basic of kitchens in social housing, to a pretty decent level. They are providing a serious number of kitchen in the UK each year.

I don't believe there is the greatest of difference between companies selling off the shelf type products. I'd be fine with having one of theirs installed - it's thwle quality of fitting that the the absolute key, imo.
