I’ve recently found this forum which has some great advice so thank you for all your hard work. Makes me feel I’m not alone. I have appealed a pcn by post but reading the threads think I should have done it online so that I have proof. Would you recommend I do this as well. It’s PAS so I know they’ll reject it but I just want to cover myself. Thanks

Unless you obtained a proof of posting, it is possible that the scammers ignore it, especially if that is not the method they specify for appeals on the PCN/NTK.
It won't hurt to send an online appeal, as long as the driver's identity is not revealed.
Please confirm the name of the PPC as there are many with similar initials.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.
