Samsung Fridge/Freezer and wooden floor

About a year ago, my other half bought a Samsung fridge/freezer. It's on a floating wooden floor in her kitchen. Since she's had it, it regularly makes a loud buzzing noise from the side. This stops when one stands next to the fridge. I have the same model in my house on a concrete floor and have had no problem.
I've spoken to Samsung and they don't recommend placing the fridge on a wooden floor; it's a shame there's nothing in the manual about this. Their advice is to move it to a solid floor which is not an option as all her floors are wooden.
Has anybody had this problem and, if so, what did they do to stop it? I'm thinking of putting some soft pads under the fridge feet or standing it on something such as some spare flooring planks.
Of course the floor could be a red herring and the fridge is actually faulty, but until I can eliminate the floor issue, I can't see Samsung coming out for a FOC warranty visit.

The flooring moves when you stand on it so in the first instance I'd just try a sliver of wood under a wheel/foot to see if that makes any difference.Tall, dark & handsome. Well two out of three ain't bad.0

How impractical would it be to swap the two fridge freezers over? Would help eliminate or identify a fault in the appliance itself. Anyone you know have appropriate transport?
Contents should survive very well outdoors if in supermarket freezer bags during the imminent cold snap.Declutterbug-in-progress.⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️0 -

Unfortunately, not practical at all, need to hire van with man to help me move it. Then again to swap them back.0 -

Agree, I've now put some soft pads under the front feet, which didn't seem to work, so next step will be some wood.0
