That looks as weak as water.

TD will need to revise his forecast .... again! :D

  • Penalties lol another example of sloppy reporting, I would hope the 5 minute rule gets identified as not viable by the people who construct the new reforms but only time will tell.

Who dreams up this rubbish ...... BPA and IPC one would think.

5 minutes grace on entry ...... so to hell with the older folk, the disabled and mums with kids ???

Junk letters from debt collectors, not good for the money junkie money DRP and the rest of the cloud nine dreamers ??

Charge is capped ..... probably will mean that the dodgy legals will find
other ways to inflate the charge. They already add rubbish on such as the £60

Those that flout the rules will be banned from the DVLA. Rest assured we will make sure of that

The DCLG ...... who are they when the dog is out ??
For years they promised action and failed at every step.

Let us hope that Sir Greg fully understands how important this bill is or he may even be labelled like the DCLG

This sounds like interference of the defunct BPA

As far as I see it, the RAC Foundation play a big part.
Motorists will see it as the RAC and who would want membership with them

In the relatively short time of my involvement in this, the number of PCNs issued by post has trebled - 1.9m (2012/13); 5.7m (2017/18).

But no one should run away with the thought that it's *only* 5.7 million. These are DVLA accesses, either ANPR or when motorists have ignored the windscreen tickets, - but how many are simply taking their windscreen ticket home and supinely writing out a cheque to pay the scam. Maybe another million or two?
