Due to personal circumstances I didnt get my witness statement ready in time but I personally wrote to the court asking for an extension (I never heard back, and I also tried phoning) I never received my copy of civil enforcements witness statement despite sending one to them and the court costing me £20. But I recieved a letter today from civil enforcement saying they wont be going ahead with the claim. Thanks for your help and advice guys, it was really really appreciated.
