Appeal failed advice

Advice please My husband appealed against a ticket. This was to a company not covered by a trade scheme. The appeal has failed. Reading your board it looks like he has done the wrong thing. Does he just pay the debt collector now or do we fight and if so what can we do?

If this is UKCPM, they will sue you. Please do not panic, and start gathering evidence of your rights of way, easements, right to park there. We help people beat UKCPM pretty much every time and this will involve a hearing at your local court next year, and you will need to read post #2 of the NEWBIES thread.

DO NOT pay the debt collectors! The sum they are demanding is more than a rare lost case poster would pay in the end!

Nasty firm to have anywhere near your cars; I would have moved or complained long before any ticketing.
