Solicitor urgently needed

Could anyone recommend a good cheap solicitor flat fee kind of thing.
Would also need to look at the the lease of the property.

    tom's in that much of a rush he's a man of few words! lol

    can't help i'm afraid, my only advice would be to get somewhere that you can actually pop into if you need to give them a kick up the backside.

    i decided to go with a cheap & cheerful one in manchester who promised the world and gave f all!

    I'm not saying expensive is necessarily any better, but cheap usually means bad. If do use a cheap online only type, check the lease/service charge arrangements yourself.

    Solicitors aren't renowned for being helpful/admitting liability useful when things go wrong.
