Anything but property, too much chance of a capital loss.
If you want very low risk, you could get something like £200 a month interest.0 -

You could probably get an annual return of 1,200 to 1,500 from a bank.
If you want those sums every month then just give me the money: I promise to make the monthly payments for the first year or so, but might not be around when you need the capital back.0 -
Why am I waiting for a new poster to reply suggesting bitcoins or some other pyramid scheme to achieve the returns expected by the OP? Or am I just too cynical?0
