Hi
Sorry if Im being dim, but what is the best/easiest way to set up xbox live
my son has a pc (wireless) in his b/room which is the room above the dining room which is where the cable BB comes into the house.
His xbox 360 is in his room, which is the quickest way to get him on xbox live and is there any tips that would come in handy for setting it up?
many thanks in advance

Hi Dipsy,
There are a couple of things you can do here:
- you could buy an xbox 360 wireless adapter which you fit to the console, and that will connect to your wireless cable modem (assuming your cable modem is wireless here btw). These adapters cost around £50-60 (http://www.play.com/Games/Xbox360/4-/719752/Official-XBox-360-Wireless-Adaptor/Product.html)
- other method is to setup internet connection sharing from your son's computer, and connect your son's computer to the xbox using a crossover network cable. This is a little more difficult to setup if you aren't familiar with networks.
The best thing is probably to have a read through this website (http://www.xboxlivetheguide.co.uk/). Some great info for setting up xbox live there.
