Has BT reduced its prices?

I've just checked my BT account online and found:
BT Together Option 1 - The Hour plan
Call anywhere in the UK for up to an hour for just 4.5p at evenings and weekends. You'll also enjoy daytime calls in the UK at just 3p a minute.

Daytime call costs
3p a minute
Anywhere in the UK* (6p call set-up fee)
Evening & weekend call costs
4.5p up to an hour per call
Anywhere in the UK*
Extra minutes over one hour charged at 3.25p per minute
Text messages
Not included
* UK calls means local and national calls. Exclusions apply.
Weren't daytime call costs increased from 3p/minute to 3¼pminute on 1/8/07? Or was it 1/10/07?
Time has moved on (much quicker than it used to - or so it seems at my age) and my previous advice on residential telephony has been or is now gradually being overtaken by changes in the retail market. Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.
