Just checked using IE 11 and not experienced any problems.
I do use Firefox usually.0 -
I'd say that there is a possibility that Tesco have decided to start withdrawing support for IE11 in Windows 10, if that's what you're using.0

It happens to me quite a lot. I use Chrome and it is up to date. I have always assumed that it is just a bug in Tesco Bank's system.0

It happens to me occasionally (Firefox) but the app is even worse, I can go for days not being able to access it.Accept your past without regret, handle your present with confidence and face your future without fear0

might be cookies related - delete the cookies from the tesco site and shall be fine. have the same with opera browser and natwest, although vivaldi browser does well with natwest.0

Thanks for the replies.
I've managed to log in using Chrome but still having the same problem with IE.
I'm still running Windows 8 maybe this is the problem?0 -
Have you ever thought of just using the app? I haven't used any browser to log in for ages, although I realise there are a few things you can only do online. For day today running of the account, the app is fine.I came into this world with nothing and I've got most of it left.0
