Praise for Blanco after sales service

I had a leaking mixer tap. Firstly it was easy to get the special sized 'O' ring replacements on the Blanco website after 9 years. Then I found it was still leaking due probably to a weakness that caused a metal part to perish. A phone call to Blanco to confirm what replacement part I needed to order and they said, that fault shouldn't have happened, and a free part arrived 2 days later.
This all saved calling a plumber to replace the entire unit which is no joke in fitted kitchen units.
I rate brands that maintain spare parts stock and do goodwill gestures.
