If there wasn't then we'd be worse off because the premiums aren't paid on UC. So the SDP that you're receiving would be lost when you move to UC, with the transitional protection we won't be worse off once managed migration starts.Scaredforthefuture wrote: »Simultaneously!

Because my advisor was pushing me to increase my hours to a 16 hr contract and move out of the support group.If tha' brexit, tha' pays for it.0
