Just logged on to HSBC online banking and this came up.

EDIT - you have to register your card before the spend in order for your entry(ies) to count - was a link in online banking.

HSBC cardholders only, and it looks like only some of their cards are being targeted.
Could also be with other banks as it's linked to Visa.

You have to register your card to get entry with every elligible transaction.

WARNING - min spend per transaction is £25 but if you are using your card anyway then this is for you, as long as you have one of the targeted cards.
One entry per transaction, but don't go and spend just to get entry, only spend what you normally do and don't forget to pay your bill IN FULL when you get it.

Also note the trip date of end January 2019.

The following exclusions apply:

Hotel incidentals (e.g. phone, mini-bar, laundry etc)
Any applicable taxes
The Prize does not include travel insurance. It is the Winner’s responsibility to ensure adequate travel insurance cover is in place for them and their guest and proof of cover may be requested prior to departure.
Tourist entry visas are the responsibility of the Winner to arrange; local embassies should be contacted for further details on entry requirements.
The Prize does not include any travel costs within the USA, or any travel-related or personal expenses other than those detailed above.
The Winner and their guest must be able to travel to Atlanta on Thursday 31 January 2019, returning on Monday 4 February 2019. Inability to travel on these dates will result in the Prize being forfeited and the Promoter may at its absolute discretion dispose of the Prize without liability to the Winner.
