Change my details energy club

Hi I am trying to sign up to a cheap energy club deal, however when i get through to the screen to transfer it holds an incorrect phone number. Not even an old one of mine, just a random one. I cant find anywhere in the energy club where it will let me change it and it wont let me over type either. Any Ideas?

Presumably this is when you are applying to switch supplier/tariff, as I don't think you need a telephone number to sign up to the CEC.

Will it allow you to delete the erroneous telephone number?
And then perhaps you can enter your correct one ?

It won’t let me overtype and it says new provider needs contact number. Surely should be able to change number. I was able to do address

Just carry on and complete the form - ignore the phone number as the supplier won't ring you
