UKPC - Window Ticket

Hello and thank you in advance for any help!
I have read the newbies section but i'm not too sure if it's relevant to my case so forgive me if i'm wrong.
2 months ago i received a window ticket from UKPC for parking on a curb in a retail park (i fully didn't know that would end up with me getting a ticket. There wasn't any free parking spaces) a month down the line i get a letter from them - i ignore it as it's a side ways view of a car that's the same colour and model of mine but there is literally no view of the number plate.
Am i right to just ignore? Do i bother appealing? The current bill is £100.
Thank you in advance.

Sounds like UKPC, if their wardens are not taking fake pictures or hiding behind wheelie bins they live in the clouds.
Too late to appeal but not too late asking for pictures that prove their claim. Car showing reg number
You can SAR them on this which means they must reply0 -
Hi Beamerguy,
Ok, the picture is very poor! Do they legally need to send a photo with a number plate being shown?
I will ask for a picture with a number plate being shown but to be honest i really do hate these f*ckers. I might just weight it out and go to court if i need to.0 -

If they want to prove their case ... YES
Anyone can get a stock picture off the internet
It really is a long way from court. DO NOT PAY THEM0 -

This is an entirely unregulated industry which is scamming the public with inflated claims for minor breaches of alleged contracts for alleged parking offences, aided and abetted by a handful of low-rent solicitors.
Parking Eye, CPM, Smart, and others have already been named and shamed in the House of Commons as have Gladstones Solicitors, and BW Legal, (these two law firms take hundreds of these cases to court each week, hospital car parks and residential complex tickets have been especially mentioned. They lose most of them, and have been reported to the regulatory authority by an M.P. for unprofessional conduct
The problem has become so widespread that MPs have agreed to enact a Bill to regulate these scammers. It has even been suggested that some of these companies have links with organised crime.
Watch the video of the Second Reading and committee stage in the House of Commons recently. MPs have a very low opinion of this industry.

and complain in the most robust terms to your MP. With a fair wind they will be out of business by in the not too distant future..You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0 -
Hi again everyone, i just received the first letter of debt management from DRP - Debt Recovery Plus Ltd.
Still ok to ignore this? I read that private parking firms have no legal right for debt collectors to enforce their "invoices"?
Kindest Regards,
