It means you have lost, because you did not submit a defence in time
WHat was your deadline?
Did you submit the defence as told?
It really isnt a difficult sentence for you to parse, by the way. The JUDGE has made a JUDGEMENT againt you, ie not in your favour, on the 24.01.
I've just looked back - you were told your deadline was the 22nd January at 4pm
So, when did you file yoru defence?0 -
Yes, I mixed up the deadline. I thought I got time until 27th. Have I got an options left other than pay?0

You could try for a set aside but that will cost you £255 and even then you may not get it set aside. You would need a REALLY good reason for failing to file your defence on time.0
