My work rota is based on a nine week cycle so on week one I'm off Tuesday & Saturday, week two Sunday & Friday, week three Wednesday & Thursday etc. Currently I've got this in my Google Calendar and have to do it day by day throughout they year but I'd prefer to simply add the nine week rota to a calendar type app and then repeat that nine week rota ad infinitum, my rota hasn't changed in the six years I've had it. I've tried a couple but they don't work with the nine week cycle.

You could do it on a spreadsheet
Or, Outlook's calendar has a 'repeat every...' option for all calendar itemsEverything will be alright in the end so, if it’s not yet alright, it means it’s not yet the endQuidquid Latine dictum sit altum videtur0 -

Had a quick play with that one last night and it replicated my current rota, or would have done if I had entered the days on/off correctly. Have reset the app and will give it another go this morning.0
