UKPC PCN - Advice

Hi first post, been following the newbies thread and not needed to post until now timeline as follows;
PCN issued 8-9-18
Appealed day 26
Usual letter requesting driver details on 4-10-18
The above was ignored but now 6 weeks since the last letter and not received a POPLA code, should it be chased or not as would not like to think their final decision letter got lost in the post.
One final point the vehicle was parking at a Retail Park on a side access road with no double yellow lines. Their terms state no parking on double yellow lines their was none of those so just wondering if this should be a further point to my POPLA appeal.
Thanks

UKPC are fraudsters, read this
https://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/uknews/crime/11858473/Parking-firm-UKPC-admits-faking-tickets-to-fine-drivers.html
This is an entirely unregulated industry which is scamming the public with inflated claims for minor breaches of alleged contracts for alleged parking offences, aided and abetted by a handful of low-rent solicitors.
Parking Eye, CPM, Smart, and others have already been named and shamed in the House of Commons as have Gladstones Solicitors, and BW Legal, (these two law firms take hundreds of these cases to court each week, hospital car parks and residential complex tickets have been especially mentioned. They lose most of them, and have been reported to the regulatory authority by an M.P. for unprofessional conduct
The problem has become so widespread that MPs have agreed to enact a Bill to regulate these scammers. It has even been suggested that some of these companies have links with organised crime.
Watch the video of the Second Reading and committee stage in the House of Commons recently. MPs have a very low opinion of this industry.

and complain in the most robust terms to your MP. With a fair wind they will be out of business by in the not too distant future..You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0 -
Complain to the BPA and DVLA that you have not been given a PoPLA code following your appeal.
Contact UKPC in writing saying that since the keeper has not received a PoPLA code or a NTK, they cannot now hold the keeper liable. You therefore require them to confirm they have cancelled the PCN.
Also complain to your MP about this unregulated scam.
The yellow lines, or lack thereof, would only be relevant at PoPLA if that was the alleged infringement.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

Finally an update after complaining in mid November to BPA and UKPC regarding no POPLA code, got a letter today to say they were cancelling the charge.
Thanks for all the advice on the Newbies thread.0
