Late payer - what are my options?

I wonder if anyone can advise me please.

Ive been threatened with legal action over an unpaid invoice for services not yet provided and wonder if this is possible (or just a threat)? I dont remember signing a contract, have no copy of terms and dont see any terms relating to payment on their website.

You need to start your own thread and to give much more details than that. e.g. what is the service; did you order it; is this b2b or consumer

go to above, there are 2 blue boxes "New thread" above and below list of threads. Click on either of "New thread" boxes and you can start your own thread
