Hi, I am self employed, can I apply for a stokehold pension? Thanks0 -
My SIPP fund OCF's on iWeb are HSBC Global Balanced 0.18% and VLS 60 0.22% (no platform charge). After two and a bit years (with same original starting value) the former fund leads in value by a few hundred £s currently, but it varies. The less said about my Fidelity Emerging Markets fund the better.0

To be fair, HSBC is 0.20% (0.18% OCF plus 0.02% Transaction costs) and VLS is 0.33% (0.22% OCF and 0.11% TC).My SIPP fund OCF's on iWeb are HSBC Global Balanced 0.18% and VLS 60 0.22% (no platform charge). Hi, HL platform charge is 045%, a bit high, but does not charge for funds dealing, no drawdown charges. other feedback? Thanks0 -

Hi, it looks like that HL and Fidelity do not charge for drawdown, maybe I could apply for 2 providers? do you know if Fidelity charges for funds dealing?0 -

I have been with AJ Bell for over a decade and would recommend but they do charge £1.50 per transaction for funds...ideally you you want a platform with no transaction charges such as HL but they charge a hefty 0.45% platform fee so you need to compare.
Here's an article on DIY Investor which should help?

VLS or HSBC Global Strategy are both a good all round choice for starters.
Is this HL platform fee 0.45% of the value of the fund per annum? So for instance I invest 15K, I will need to pay 0.45% *15k ?0
