I will definitely be approaching the management association whilst writing the appeal at the same time.

If there is no success in any of these avenues and POPLA will they usually still offer the reduced rate at the end of it? Just wondering if I'm better off just paying now if I'm going to end up paying more later.

Thanks all very helpful info here.

I unfortunately was not in this case but will definitely do so moving forward. I believe there's an official permit that my practice has not bought into though that's required, not just the standard sign.

No-one here pays CEL, so please stop thinking of it as an option, it's not.

As the PCN arrived by post CEL will have no idea if a Doctor badge was displayed, so you can include a copy of it and quote the BPA CoP in your POPLA appeal, along with all the usual stuff in the third post of the NEWBIES thread.

No-one here tells anyone to pay, or not to try POPLA! But there are ways to do POPLA and the templates are in the third post of the sticky thread.

    :)
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

    Hi All,

A late update but we had approached the management company and they sorted the ticket and have whitelisted us for future visits!

Thanks all for your help. Onwards to the next parking ticket!

That is all very well for you, but what about other doctors, midwives, etc. The MA must take measures to ensure that residents do not expire while HCPs are wasting time trying to avoid parking scams.
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.
