Argos card with balance transfer

I have a 0% virgin card which cleared both a barclaycard cc and my very account, and I'm making regular payments to it. I've now been approved for an M&S 0% balance transfer card and hoped to pay off Argos with it, but now seeing I can't make payments with a cc.
Rather than going to Argos site and clicking make payment (as I say it won't accept cc details anyway), would it be possible when inputting the details in M&S of the account I want to transfer from, that I can put the long number from my argos card in?

You will need a money transfer cc, you then transfer the money to your current account then pay argos, but the terms won't be as generous as a BT so work out if its worth it.

there are previous posts and a lot of chatter about this - some say only certain companies will do so, others say they never will - some have said they have definitely done this

best to call your provider and ask them directly if this is accepted or not, and if not the reason why (which they would state is because of store card)

as argos starts with a 6, this is not a recognised credit (or so i believe)

Currently i pay £305 per month to Argos, Barclaycard CC, Virgin CC.


Argos is 1200, BNPL all expired and paying full interest on total amount
Barclaycard is 800. This was 4000, a balance transfer was made to Virgin to clear 3000 of this amount.
Virgin 3300. 0% until March 2020. 3000 of CC and 800 Very (now cleared) were paid to this as a balance transfer.


I'm waiting on the M&S balance transfer card coming through, 32 month at 0% and told on phone to expect it to be £4000. My first two moves will be to transfer the 1200 Argos and 800 CC to this.
Virgin are still offering me a balance transfer and money transfer (0% until 10/19). There is currently 350 available for money transfer. soooooo, can i pay the outstanding Argos then of (350 in virgin) 850 from my M&S to the virgin card, giving me a total balance of 1200 to then pay Argos off. As it's only balance transfer i can't pay Argos with the M&S, so is it ok to transfer the balance from the M&S, to Virgin, then take the money transfer offer from Virgin and pay Argos???
I'm aware i'm going round in circles here to try explain this and ask the question, I've had a late shift and head is demented I'm also aware that there is a 4% transfer fee, but this is still siginficantly lower than the interest i'm paying every month and seems the only option. looking at payments i believe it may bring them down around £50-£70 per month


Any advice or suggestions would be gratefully appreciated.
