Scotland and NI can charge for missed or late cancelled NHS dental appointments.

Any private appointments that are missed or late cancelled can be charged for , and considering a room in a private dentists will cost around £200 or more an hour to run , that charge can be considerable if you were charged the actual cost of a missed appointment.
