Hi all,
At the station its fairly outdated to say the least and payment at the ticket machine is done by cash. The times when NCP's had been issued is due to the only change available not being accepted by the machine & not being aware of payment via online/mobile.
Is there any way an appeal can be won for these NTK's? Both arrived 35days after the NCP, dont know if this plays a part of not. Tried reading all the sticky threads but simply do not have the time to learn/look into everything as Im a university student in exam season
Thanks in advanced for any help!

Is it a railway station or underground station?
Remove any hint of the identity of the driver.0 -
It is a railway station, ticket and NTK is from NCP0

You need to edit your post to remove information about who parks.
Only ever refer to The Driver and The Keeper, who are two different people.
Assuming byelaws apply, you have nothing to worry about. NCP do court, but they can't where byelaws apply. Only the landowner or train company can do that, only within six months, and only for trespass, and only in a magistrates court.
NCP cannot givel the landowner/TOC your details.
Follow the advice in the NEWBIES and send the initial template you will find there, then read up on what to do next if/when it is rejected.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

Thank you.
How will I be able to find out/know if byelaws apply or not?0 -
Look at the PPC and landowner/TOC signs on site, or websites, or both.
Does it mention byelaws on the NTK?
If you tell us which car park, someone may already know and be able to tell you, but you should always do your own research anyway in case something has changed.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

Prittlewell station carpark.
Theres a big sign at the entrance to the carpark which is one way and right on a junction, so can hardly stop to check properly.
NTK just mentions debt collectors, if a court rules against the driver it'll affect credit. Right at the bottom states 'NCP as owner, lawful occupier, or agent of the landowner, has the right to seek payment of this parking charge'.Look at the PPC and landowner/TOC signs on site, or websites, or both.

The TOC is Greater Anglia, so ask them if railway byelaws apply to the station car park.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

If you don't have the time now, wait until BW Legal issue court proceedings against you on behalf of NCP - which they are now starting to do. Then you'll really know what time requirements will be necessary to deal with this.Tried reading all the sticky threads but simply do not have the time to learn/look into everything as Im a university student in exam season
Having potentially 4 PCNs in play, you are significant prey, worth up to £800+. They won't be remotely interested in 'exam season'!
You need to get to grips with this. No easy escape route. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
