Been problems for nearly a week now. Can't send readings or update anything. Most incompetent company I've ever known in my 52 years, absolute clowns.

    Could not agree more. Switched to them in July and unable to open an online account. I am just biding my time and will take them to ofgem for compensation. They keep promising to fix the issue but dont. Will switch as soon as I can.

    Will be doing the same. I've got photographs of readings they removed and others they changed to suit a ridiculous bill. The one reading went backwards even.

    Since 2014, since managing to get away from NPower, I have said that I would rather live in a tent, then have them as an energy supplier.

    They're that bad that I would consider any advice that suggests switching to Npower as rank bad advice. However cheap they pretend to be.
