How do I cancel TALKsport How Low SMS messages?

I entered one of those talksport how low SMS competitions (I know, complete waste of money!) and ever since then at 12pm on the dot I recieve a spam message asking me to enter again. The bottom of the message says.......Reply TALK + ur bid, eg TALK 17 (costs...) OptOutSTOP.

Now how do I actually opt out, i have tried the following replies..

OptOutStop
STOP
TALK STOP
TALK OptOutStop

Any help will be appreciated, its not exactly easy to understand what that message means and how to opt out.

From the website Ts and Cs it looks pretty simple:

In addition, You are opting in to receive future promotional messages about any other reverse auction themed competitions and other games which we or our partners may run. These promotional messages are FREE. If at any time You wish to be removed from Our reverse auction themed competitions or other games database, please text STOP to 83403 or BIDOFF to 57721 if you are a resident in the Republic of Ireland, you will only be charged your standard network rate by your operator to send this message. You may also email us at info@million21.com with UNSUBSCRIBE as the subject.

I think the number you send it to is the important bit - if you are just replying to the texts you get, it is probably an unmanned message box.
