I would get a second opinion from a recommended independent garage.
Is the clutch cable on a Toyota Yaris adjustable ??
Also take the car to an independent tyre fitters & get a second opinion.
It sounds to me like the Toyota dealer is touting for business in my opinion.0 -

The cracking of the tyres is odd. My Yaris is nearly five years old and two of the tyres are original factory Dunlops. In spite of their age, no outward signs of deterioration.
I had an advisory on my MOT last week that both rear tyres had slight cracking/perishing,both have loads of tread left, asked the guy at the garage if they need changing now,he said if they were his he would carry on using them ( i only did nearly 3 thousand miles last year between mot,s )0
