Our power
I joined Our Power last year for a 1 year fixed deal contract and had a smart meter fitted, since then I have received 1 statement, I have phoned and emailed multiple times and contacted their complaints department. I know I'm in credit and after a phone call in September did manage to reduce the monthly DD. Our current deal ended on 31st October but as yet no end of deal statement.
They say it's a software problem that has been escalated!!! I have now taken the drastic action of cancelling the DD, any ideas how to get a utility company to issue a statement of usage.

If your deal has ended then you are most likely n ow on their most expensive standard tariff.
Go on a comparison site and see if there are any deals to be had which are cheaper.
Once you start a switch, should you decide to do so, that will get their attention.
You could also try a written complaint and, if they don't do anything within 8 weeks, escalate to the Energy Ombudsman - state that all you want is an actual bill which you have been chasing for but have yet to receive.0 -
I have yet to find someone who had a smart meter installed that actually works. You should check your bill to make sure the readings look close enough to correct.
It's time for a switch anyhow, and once you start that ball rolling the refund (if your due one) should happen fairly quickly.0
