Everyone is politely asked to read up on this in the newbies FAQ thread near the top of the forum before starting a new thread

Go there now to learn about the game you are now caught up in and how to deal with this

Throughout here you are advised never to reveal who was driving

You need to edit your post to remove details of who was driving

    Well thats confusing

Firstly, do what you are told when signing up, and read the newbies thread. That is easily found on page 1. It tells you to NOT identify the driver of the vehicle

Secondly, the notice was placed on the car while in the company car park? What makes you think it has to do with being on the road for 10 minutes? Does it say it is for that?

We need to know the company.
  • yeah i read the thing, but was confused as to wether i actually had any recourse. apologies.

company who run said car park said that they don't issue them.

time it was 'issued' would have been 7 minuted after the car was parked, and according to the cctv from the owners of the car park, pulled onto the car park, at 15 minutes after the car had arrived on the road.

What is the name of that company?

What is the name of the PPC that issued the PCN?

Is this a residential case or work related?

the company who said they don't issue them is a waitrose warehouse, not a supermarket, spoke to the security guy

the ticket seems to be issued by cpp - car parking partnership

when you ask residential or work case, are you referring to was being done it through a job? if so then no.

quentin - apologies, seems i'm not very good at this.

It's easy - use the third party as in "the driver" did this/"the keeper" did that

Was this where The Keeper lives, or where the Keeper works?

If neither, then how did The Driver get a fob to unlock the gates?

In any case, appeal as directed in post 1 of the NEWBIES when it tells you to appeal.
