Court STILL not removed CCJ

Hi all
I recieved a letter from Lowell issuing a notice of discontinuance on the 27/9/18.
They sent a copy to me and the courts. The court failed to remove the CCJ from my file so I emailed them. They said they can’t unless they had a copy of the letter (which they already had) I’ve emailed them 3 more times attaching copies of the letter and sent a hard copy yet they’ve STILL not removed the CCJ.
the court in question has been completely useless from the beginning of this whole saga and I’m getting more and more annoyed.
is there anything I can do to remove it from my report? I use Noddle and ClearScore yet they say they can only remove it if the court informs them to.
