    Well they (P2G) have offered me £20 as I had included basic insurance cover- so if I accept that and then pursue further compensation, as you suggest on Twitter and I'm also using Resolver on this, do you think that will prevent me from being entitled to further compensation as they will say I've accepted a settlement amount which is presumably 'full & final'- if so, should I not accept the initial £20?
