2nd time now this has happened. Did a comparison back in May, gave my previous years energy usage, top supplier was Tonik, switched to them, they set the direct debit amount at £68 (I have solar panels) which I thought was too cheap. It’s now November, I’ve never been asked for a meter reading yet they have now calculated…

If you were really concerned about how much your using and if your account is up to date you could easily take monthly meter readings and work out how much you have used each month yourself, it would take less than 5 minutes each time.
