Yet another new guy enters the frame.

Well, it's been a good Xmas overall for me! Got a lot of stuff I wanted and almost nothing bad!

Plus I got to see my girlfriend every day which was amazing. When we were talking about my job and where I could go with it (I work Security at BAA), we thought about possibly taking permanent night shifts (I love nights) and going to university during the day to get a better qualification, possibly a teaching one.

Does anyone have experience of this?

and when would you be sleeping HBFS? Don't want to put a spanner in the works but I think it would be ok to work nights over the weekends but don't see how you could do them mon-fri and still study. I've done courses at nightschool and day release while working 9-5 and that was bad enough! If you want to do it you'll find a way though.

I regularly only sleep 2-3 hours on nights! Plus I may move closer to the uni/work for whatever reason may help! It's a thought at the minute. Thanks for your advice! And thank you, I hope your christmas was just as good!

have to admit i got 3 braodband fpr 15 a month 3gb allowance its good and worth the money (bt wanted 125 to reconnect the line, payable in 4 quaterly payments)

Well, today was some spending. £20 credit on my phone to last through all of those New Year calls to random people and a book for £12.99.

I also bought £10.19 worth of shopping (mainly bread, butter, spreads etc etc).

Is it worth buying a joint of beef and cutting it up, I wonder? Work was dull and very annoying, people just didn't seem to understand the rules today! Sheesh!

Morning all. Up earlier than I wanted, but at least that gives me a chance to do some tidying up and get stuck into my new book! I've got work today so I'm pretty sure that I won't be spending anything! Let's hope I can avoid the canteen!
