  • Well, the good news is that at your age, you have taken the plunge to rid yourself of debt and being single you could do it pretty quickly. Here's my two penny worth.

First of all, a mobile phone is a want, not a need. The costs you have been paying are really crazy, no relationship needs that kind of total contact!! I can make £20 on a pay as you go phone last at least three months, but then again, I am a yorkshire man, my scottish friends can almost manage to make the same ammount last almost as long.

How about moving back in with your parents for a year or two? is this an option? Think of the outgoings you will rid yourself of, you could wipe your debt out very quickly. Anyway, good luck...

Unfortunately, moving back in is not an option as they live further away from work than I do atm, and the public transport is a nightmare.

Move your email account. I had to do this with my ex (Very good with IT) and then delete everything that you can.

She sound nice, I really can't imagine why you split! :rotfl:

I admit, I wasn't the nicest guy to her, but this isn't revenge, it's stalking

I have changed my email address, but it's the stuff she has that I'm worried about

Well this is it. I don't quite know how this is solving anything, apart from ruining people's lives

I have contacted them but nothing as yet. And I changed the password as she knew it, but then she managed to get a friend of hers to hack the new one.

And the girly friend knows, she's had countless abusive emails from her.

Such lovely friends she has. While changing the account details are a great idea if she genuinely intends to do what she's threatened then she's probably saved the pertinent bits elsewhere for blackmail purposes as she'd know you'd immediately change the password once you found out.

  • Can someone please catch all us DFW'ers up with the ex situation? Or at least post the link to the thread that tells us all about it?

I know it's just nosiness, but it's driving me mad all the 'hints' about the 'past' etc!

Right. Basically I was seeing this girl for about 3 years. I wasn't the best boyfriend, I cheated once on her, but I met someone who I thought was a friend and she showed me that I just wasnt interested any more. Over a month or two, my and my friend got closer. She found out about this and assumed we'd planned it since the start. thusly why the terror campaign. She's also emailed friends of mine, accusing them of sleeping with me.

On the today's spending front. I spent £11.67.

£10 on some credit and £1.67 on dinner! But I did get a small Xmas bonus of £25 in Airport Shopping Vouchers, which will go towards people's presents! :D

Today was my first day back after my knee injury and it went well enough, although having nearly 3 weeks off didn't help much with wanting to go back! :D

God, today is herald of spending!!!

Spend £14 on various things in Tesco, £19.45 on a special delivery parcel for the ex and paid various budgetted bills.

Work was sooooo cold. I like the cold but this was silly!
