I’ve managed to change my bank account details online for child benefit but can’t find how to do it for tax credits - does anyone know how or do I have to phone up?

This can be done online within your HMRC Personal Tax Account. If you already have a government gateway ID, you might only need to log in and activate the Tax Credits service. (You might find it active already because of something you have done but forgotten about)
You can sign into or setup your Personal Tax Account via https://www.gov.uk/personal-tax-accountThe comments I post are my personal opinion. While I try to check everything is correct before posting, I can and do make mistakes, so always try to check official information sources before relying on my posts.0 -
Thanks, I have a Givernment Gateway login and the tax credits section showing but there’s nothing there that takes me to a bank account details change. I think I’ll just have to call them0

To date, the tax credits digital service does not cover changes to bank account details.
