    Looks good to me, except you've missed out mentioning the crucial point that was in your defence - the fact that the signs show no site boundary, so even if a driver went into xxxx shop, or yyyy Hotel, before going in zzzz shop, as this is a retail park shared with a Hotel with no clear fenced/site boundaries how could the driver know what constitutes the 'site'. There is no evidence of a contravention and the claim must fail.

    So I have now Filed and Served my WS and received the WS from Gladstones solicitors.

    With my court date a few weeks away I take it I now need to understand RoA, deconstruct their WS and point out errors and understand how to draft prelim matters?

    Is there anything else I need to be doing please?

    As an update, today I have received a discontinuation from Gladstones, I will of course check with the court tomorrow that this has been filed.
