How can I delete a post on here?

    Part of the Furniture 10,000 Posts Name Dropper Photogenic
    You cannot delete the first post in a thread but subsequent posts can be deleted - edit - delete post. The opening post can of course be edited.

    As said, you can't do it yourself, but you can ask MSE for it to be deleted. However, they will only usually do so if the thread has got out of control or if the OP posted something that they should really have kept to themselves and that has then been quoted throughout the thread. If you're referring to this thread then there's no need to delete it.
