Hi everyone, so I am appealing Highview Parking Charge Notice thru online appeal I found at the back of the notice appealpcn.co...
I did tick box that I am not the driver and then is appeal form asking for all of details, should give keepers details?
Also they asking to choose reason from dropbox... what should I choose ?
I will appreciate all of advices as this is really old notice and there is £100 s due already ;/
