Am I likely to be taken to court and has anyone had this experience and won in court. Being almost seventy I'm a little anxious about this but I don't like being threatened. What should I do?

You're at the debt collector stage only, so please read the NEWBIES FAQ sticky, post # 4 which explains how to deal with debt beggars.
Not a particularly litigious outfit - but they do have 6 years to try. There's nothing you can do - other than robustly defend the case - if they issue proceedings.
