The LG Prize Draw Promotion (“the Promotion”) is open from 1st Nov 2007 to 14th Dec 2007 to persons of UK residence only, except employees of LG Electronics UK Ltd (LG) (“the Promoter”) or anyone connected with the Promotion.

2. Applicants must submit their name, email, mobile number and UK address.

3. Only one entry is permitted per person.

4. The prize(s) are as follows:

- Two LG Viewty mobile handsets and

- Two LG Pink Shine mobile handsets

(1 handset per winner, allocated randomly via a draw by ‘the Promoter’) 5. The prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. Four winners will be selected at random by a representative of the Promoter from all of the entries which have been entered correctly in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and have been received by 14th December 2007.

7. No responsibility is accepted for entries which are for any reason whatsoever not received by the Promoter.

8. The winners will be notified by email or phone call for the purposes of verification no later than Friday 21st December 2007.

9. The winner grants the Promoter the right to use their name in connection with the Promotion and may be required to participate in post-event publicity arranged by or on behalf of the Promoter.

10. Due to trademark restrictions, winners are to be aware that the LG Pink Shine mobile handsets are not to be sold and/or resold in to Germany.

11. The Promoter’s principal place of business in the UK is LG House, 250 Bath Rd, Slough, Berkshire, SL1 4DX.

12. To request the name and county of the winners, please send a stamped address envelope to ‘LG Christmas Viewty & Pink Shine Promotion’, LG House West, 252 Bath Road, Slough after 21st Dec 2007.

13. Other than liability for death or personal injury arising from negligence of the Promoter, so far as is permitted by law, the Promoter excludes all liability under these Terms and Conditions, in contract or tort (including negligence) for any loss, damage, costs and/or expenses, loss of profits, goodwill, consequential, indirect or special losses, howsoever caused in connection with the Promotion.

14. These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted and construed under the governing law of England & Wales and any disputes under these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
