Everyone is politely asked to read up on this in the newbies FAQ thread near the top of the forum before starting a new thread

Go there now to learn about the game you are now caught up in and how to deal with each stage of the process

You are dealing with an IPC company

The FAQ explains why with IPC companies once the appeal has failed you ignore everything except a lbcca or Court correspondence

    And stop phoning them!!

It is not a fine, it is an invoice from a scammer for alleged damages for an alleged breach of an alleged contract. You owe them nothing unless a Judge says so.

For a start the [STRIKE]fine[/STRIKE] invoice is not £160 the £60 is an additional scam fee added on by debt collector scumbags and you would be foolish pay them anything.

Why also would you consider paying the parking company that are also scamming you?

You complied with their terms and conditions and their useless system messed up?

You are in a waiting game now to see what they try next, but at the least you will get more scummy scammy debt collectors scrap paper.

You should come back here if you get real court papers though as those should not be ignored.

Is that how much they are asking for? How many invoices (they are not fines), have you accumulated
