Worth Switching Agents???

We're currently selling a 2-bed flat in South East London, been on the market since the end of August. This was our first mistake as we probably should have waited a couple of weeks to be 'fresh' on Rightmove in September.
We've reduced the asking price by £15k (£500k > £485k) and are averaging about a viewing a week, maybe just under that now as things have started to tail off. Important point here is that all of these viewings have been recommended by the EA rather than direct enquiries, though the EA says 'our stats are good' it isn't resulting in direct enquires.
We know the market is slow in the area whilst some people wait for more clarity on Brexit, however we're wondering if its worth trying a switch of agents to drum up some more interest? Thinking is that this would get us back to the top of RM, though also wondering how much of a bearing this will have with Christmas not far away? Should we:
1. Stay with current agent and reassess after Christmas?
2. Switch agents now
3. Switch agents after Christmas
4. Go dual agency
Thanks in advance!

5. Stick with your current agent and drop the price.0

Check the notice period that you have to give your EA. It's often 4 weeks (assuming your minimum contract period has finished).
There's often a burst of activity in January, so you might need to decide fairly soon, if you want to start January with a different EA.0 -
It'll be the price, every time0
