Hi,
You need to look at the properties with an open mind. If the properties you like are normally 170 something might come up in your budget because it has compromises that you can live with e.g. it is smaller, needs doing up, odd shape or undesirable location - not necessarily a bad area but next to a pub or takeaway for example.

However, don’t buy somewhere you don’t like and don’t want to live at the minute. It is possible that prices might fall with Brexit and you don’t want to be stuck living somewhere you don’t like. Hold out for something you like but be willing to compromise.
