Sovereign Living - Shared Ownership

Hi, I'm in the process to buy a 2 bed shared ownership house through Sovereign Living.
The house hasn't been finished yet, and I'm waiting for a site visit.
Has anyone else bought with Sovereign?
I have so many questions! what are people's experiences?
Silly question, but is a shed included? is a patio normally included.
I believe the building company is Bellway.
I'm aware it's normally no carpet downstairs, but that's fine with me.
I'm looking forward to finally having a more energy efficient home and not just chucking money into a black hole (renting)
Any input appreciated!
Thanks :T

I had a shared ownership flat with Sovereign (Barratt build) and it was fantastic. Sovereign were really good when I had a small issue and rectified it immediately and then pretty much left me alone, which is what I wanted! I have no complaints about them. It was even easy to sell with them (you hear some horror stories about HAs when it comes to selling your house/flat!). The entire transaction was completed quickly and they were helpful on the phone. As far as HAs go, I'd recommend them. I'd also recommend SO as it helped me build enough equity to put down as a deposit on the house I just bought with my boyfriend0
