Section 75 reclaim

In 2016, We paid £5180 for the services of International Timeshare Refund Action to cancel my maintenace fees to a Spanish timeshare resort. which was to be resolved by a Spanish solicitor to take legal action through the courts because of mis-selling. We have phoned the company many times for progress and just been informed to wait as it could take a couple of years to resolve. We phoned last week for progress only to be informed that ITRA were no longer trading and our case could not be continued.
We paid £5000 by bank transfer and £180 by credit card as we believed we would by covered under Section 75.
Could you please advise whether we could claim?

The fact you used a credit card means you can put in claim under Section 75.

This obviously doesn't give any guarantee of success.

Timeshares contracts, timeshare resell and timeshare relinquish are really common reasons to raise a claim under s75. Get all your paperwork together and then contact your cc provider, they will review it for you.
