p and p rip off

have recently bought a memory card from a jungle based shop on line, the shop involved was not the main seller but one of there private shops, seemed like a good price so bought 3 items and was charged 3 lots of p and p, the seller then sent all 3 items out in the one envelope, have been in touch with shop to say that i thought this was slightly unfair as they charged me 3 lots of p and p for one package, needless to say i have not gotten anywhere with a refund, any advice? where do i stand as a customer?

Surely the P and P showed before you checked out? If you were happy to pay this for delivery, you can't then change your mind based on the way they have packaged the items. They weren't to know that you would buy all three in one go, and obviously don't have the technology (or perhaps desire) to deduct P and P when the order totals more than one item.

Unfortunately I think you may not have a leg to stand on as you already agreed to the terms and conditions of the sale. Can't hurt to ask though - they might refund out of niceness!

My friend has soldd on the jungle site and sellers are not given as far as I know the option to choose what or how they calculate P&P or how much it is it is set by the jungle company, so its not like ebay in that respect

I have pulled out the info from their site

As Marketplace orders are dispatched from different individual sellers, you pay a separate delivery charge for each item you order. This is the case even if you order a number of items from the same seller at the same time. Therefore, to calculate the total delivery charge, add together the appropriate delivery rates for each item.
You'll also pay a separate delivery charge for any Amazon.co.uk items in the same order. For example, if you place one order that contains three Amazon.co.uk items and two Marketplace items, there'll be three separate delivery charges: one charge for the Amazon.co.uk items and one charge for each of the Marketplace items.

    Hope this helps
